All Classes Goals/Rules:

Specifics for grade level:
- K-2 Students will participate in activities:
- Movement/body awareness
- Listening, following directions
- Tag games
- Kicking, throwing, catching
- Relays
- Intro to team sports
- 3-4 Students will participate in:
- More complex games
- Lead up games to individual sports/activities (ie: tennis)
- Lead up games to team sports/activities (ie: soccer, football)
- Recreational sports and activities (ie: juggling)
- Discussion of fitness and nutrition
- 5-6 Students will continue to improve sports related skills/teamwork and
understand the need for lifetime fitness
- 5th graders will learn/review bones and muscles
- 6th graders will have a monthly written assignment
